Our purchasing team will work with you to collect your component and finished good usage data. We will enter parameters into our proprietary inventory management software that will automatically set replenishment and stocking levels for both raw materials and finished goods.

We will work with your existing vendors and develop new supply chain partners as needed to ensure that a steady supply of raw material is available. We will place purchase orders and reach initial stocking levels for all component parts. We will organize a parts storage system and setup production cells as needed.

Our engineers with use your existing product drawings and documentation to create detailed work instructions and quality review procedures. We will train production and quality staff the processes necessary to ensure consistent and reliable production of your finished good assemblies.

Our production line workers will follow the established build procedures to create first article assemblies for approval. Once approval is achieved finished good inventory levels will be brought up to and maintained within their calculated inventory level parameters.

Demco will hold finished good inventory on-hand until your desired release dates are reached. This will guarantee that your optimal work in process inventory levels are maintained for your business at all times.

Both raw component inventory levels and finished good inventory levels will be constantly monitored using our proprietary inventory management software. Raw material and finished good inventory levels will be tightly held within control limits ensuring timely and reliable availability of components for your production process while minimizing your purchasing complexity and maximizing the cash flow for your business.
